Maritim Jolie Ville Resort & Casino ★★★★★

Staff are very helpful and friendly. We came as eight friends and we were very satisfied. Especially Mr. Ayman from the public relations department was very interested in us and helped us in every way.

We stayed on the Sport side and absolutely loved our time here. Rooms are fantastic as are all staff. Really good attention to detail and we felt very well looked after. Going back in March hopefully. Much better than other hotels we’ve stayed at in this area. The golf carts that transport you around the complex were fab.

Chairs in balcony not so comfortable but this is just nit picking and wasn’t a problem.

I was very pleased with the hotel in general. The sea was magnificent. We thank Muhammed at the reception very much.

The staff were lovely, always smilimg and wanting to help. The food was good quality and plentiful. Thr room (recentlyvrefurbished) were spqcious and comfortable Location was great. Right by the beqch and A few minutes from Naama Bay.

I stayed in a brand new part of the hotel. Everything was clean and very comfortable also in the older part. The staff is very kind and efficiënt.

I do not like the way of the receptionist guy, no duty manager was available, rooms were old and not clean.

The beach , room fair,

Concierge especially ''cart'' service from room to beach and/ or to restaurant is extremely poor one always yes immediately but nothing happens , personnel in charge seems to be not interested at all by their job Desk staff not always as kind as you may expect , on top their work in some type of of time shearing i.e. speak to several guests at same time and answer phone calls all at same time!! service is more expensive than other people because i went through booking e.g. a bottle of water costs 50% than official price given to other persons not going through booking, they have to convert to Euros then ,may be commission , for booking then back from Euros to Egyptian bounds. Normally any would charge you the official public price

The reception had a nice entrance with a fancy lamp.

Totally overrated for 5 stars. Staff wasnt helpful at all. Room accomodation extremelly far. You have to cross a street with terrible over control to get to reception, beach, restaurant and all the "facilites" under a terrible sun. At this time (summer) is overcrowded, so dont think to stay there for relaxing purposes. With a little bit more money you get better services in real 5 star hotels. Internet is payed for a lot of money. Food is not the best. This hotel is definitely not reccomendable.

Frankly i didn't like any thing there .

The front desk staff isn't helpful specially the guy who called Hazem . My reservation was on the sports area , when i discovered that the sports area is so far from the restaurant, the reception, the pool and beach i asked to change it the hotel told me sorry we can't but it is easy to move we have many golf cars just call us and we will send u one immediately , but when i call the reception for the golf car to go to the pool or the restaurant for example they didn't send anyone Once i waited for more than 1 hour and at last i had to go walking!!! The room wasn't clean full of bugs. The smell in the restaurant was horrible. I checked out after 2 nights only and changed the hotel immediately. Simply it is the worst hotel ever. I can't recommend it to anyone.

Location is very nice, friendly staff, like the sandy beach and water activities. I feel comfort in this place and would come again.

bathroom is old with small shower booth. They have only one pool with very small section for cheldren at the corner. Plastic furniture in the balcony

The garden with its flowers, trees and alleys. The big space of the propriety and the architecture of the reception office.

1. The fact that the price that you actually pay on site is bigger than the one you see on Booking.com, due to: a) taxes (local, governmental) and b) being foreign citizen. All these aspects are actually written on Booking.com, but with small letters - which is a cheap con. Especially for a... self-claimed 5 stars hotels! Shame to Jolie Ville and shame to Booking.com! 2. They claim on Booking.com that they offer free Wi-Fi. It is a pure lye. They offer a very poor internet connection (with a lot of interruptions and low speed), and... only at the reception desk and the pool! In the room you can have it if you pay extra money! (Which is not... free, Jolie Ville!!!) Again, it is undesirable and shameful indignity for anyone, but especially for a hotel that claims it has 5 star! 3. I was treated disrespectful by the representative of a touristic agency hosted by the hotel, and one of the reception desk clerks was witness... but did nothing for me, the client. And when I complain about it to that person, he was condescendingly smiling at me and tried to convince me it's... no big deal. 4. Again, almost all employees were often insisting to do unneeded services to you, so you to feel compelled to tip them. For example, they were rushing and almost snatching your luggage from your hand, insisting they carry it for you... when you did not ask for it and it was obvious that you could take it yourself! I can understand this from the part of poor people in the street, but not from the part of a... supposedly attentively selected, well trained and paid employee of a 5 stars hotel! 5. When I've arrived at the reception desk to check in, they've asked (and insisted!) me to pay on the spot, or at least the next day. One more time a practice for a 1-2 stars hotel, not for a 5 stars one! 6. I couldn't use my card to pay, because of the POS which didn't work. 7. A lot of reasonable demands were generated responses like... "Well sir, there is a problem...

nice beach ; which i consider the only positive thing

Old buldings , the pool was closed and demolished without any notice , very bad food ,sometimes it smells, the food is served for 3 days till its color and smell change , no food variety with low quality food , I had diarthea for the whole stay , although I paid for an all inclusive stay , I had to pay for water and had only 1 hour access to beach snacks . The room has no view ,although I paid for frontal preferred area room .the bathroom is very small and dirty. Overall it is very over rated and it is not a 5 star hotel and does not worth the money paid for it with such bad quality

I'm a very social person but on my Vac I don't like talking to hotels staff-- I met lots of European coworkers and friends but I can't invite in. plus, I paid a lot for 9 nights :( and... and ashtrays always taken away on da beach ????

Even though I'd reserved a room on the wrong side of the hotel the staff upgraded us to room in the good part of the hotel. I liked the little bungalows. I had to leave at 4am so they gave me a breakfast basket.

The room was clearly a smoking room. Their idea of a double bed is two single beds with independant sheets pushed together. Free WiFi in the rooms would have been great. The air conditioning was very noisy.
